Stratford is one of the busiest commercial settings in London. The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park legacy turned this corner of east London into a magnet for new offices, retail and culture, and the floor has to keep up. Westfield Stratford City is one of Europe's largest urban shopping centres, the International Quarter has brought corporate headquarters in alongside it, and the leisure, sport, hotel and education uses around the park, including UCL East, all run long hours with heavy footfall.

We work across E15 and E20, handling supply and installation together so a single team is accountable from the survey to the finished floor. Much of the work here is large new-build fit-out to a tight programme, or mall and retail units that must be fitted overnight to protect trading, so the planning around a job matters as much as the floor itself. We get the access, protection and timings right before a single board goes down.
