Acoustics & comfort
Soft, acoustic finishes in the auditorium absorb footsteps and reduce echo, keeping the focus on the screen or stage and the experience comfortable underfoot.
Cinemas, theatres & venues
Auditoriums need to be quiet, comfortable and dark-friendly; foyers and concession areas need to take heavy footfall and the odd spilled drink. We supply and fit flooring for London cinemas, theatres and venues, and we work out of hours so the screenings and shows go on.

Cinema and theatre flooring has two very different jobs. In the auditorium it needs to absorb sound, hide light, feel plush underfoot and guide people safely up steps and along aisles. Out in the foyer, bar and concession areas it has to grip when popcorn and drinks get dropped, and survive crowds arriving and leaving in waves. We help London venues get both right.
We manage the whole job, from subfloor preparation to the final finish, with one written quote and no surprises. We plan installation around your programme, working overnight and between runs so screens and stages stay open and the public never sees the work in progress.
As your single point of contact for supply and installation across London, we can match the right finish to each part of the building: acoustic carpet tiles in the auditorium, smart LVT in the foyer and box office, slip-resistant safety flooring behind the bar, and entrance matting at the doors. One managed contract, one accountable price, and a venue that looks the part from the moment people walk in.

Cinema and theatre floors juggle comfort, acoustics, safety and showmanship, and the demands change from the auditorium to the foyer. These are the points we work through with venue and facilities teams.
Soft, acoustic finishes in the auditorium absorb footsteps and reduce echo, keeping the focus on the screen or stage and the experience comfortable underfoot.
Foyers empty and fill in waves. We specify finishes rated for heavy commercial footfall so the busiest areas still look sharp season after season.
Drinks and snacks are part of the night out. Stain-resistant carpet and easy-clean hard finishes keep the venue looking cared for with routine cleaning.
Tonal contrast and clear edges on steps and aisles help people move safely in low light, without spoiling the dark-friendly feel of the room.
The floor sets the tone the moment guests arrive. Colour, texture and inset detail can reinforce the look of the venue and guide the customer journey.
We fit screen by screen, overnight and between runs, so the rest of the venue keeps trading and there is no break in the listings.
How it works
We measure up, assess the subfloor and map the customer journey from doors to seats.
You get a fair, itemised price and finish recommendations, usually within 48 hours.
We prepare and fit overnight or between runs, screen by screen, so trading carries on.
We clear up before doors open and leave the venue ready for the next screening or show.
Why venues choose us
Common questions
Yes. We fit out of hours, overnight and between runs, working screen by screen or zone by zone so the rest of the venue keeps trading. We protect adjoining areas, manage dust and clear up before doors open, so the public arrives to a finished floor and never sees the work in progress.
Heavy-duty acoustic carpet tiles are the usual choice for auditoria. They absorb sound, feel comfortable underfoot, hide stray light and can be patched if a single area wears or stains. We can also build in tonal contrast or subtle wayfinding on steps and aisles to help people move safely in low light.
Foyers, bars and concessions take dropped popcorn, drinks and constant footfall, so we specify hard-wearing, easy-to-clean finishes such as LVT and slip-resistant safety vinyl in the right areas. Entrance matting at the doors traps dirt and moisture before it spreads onto the main floor.
It can. Different finishes, tones and inset detailing can mark routes, zone the foyer and reinforce a venue look without the need for extra signage. We discuss the customer journey at survey stage and specify accordingly.
