Commercial Floors London supplies and fits commercial flooring and surfacing across Greater London. We are part of Guardian Management Group, and we exist to do one thing well: get a great commercial floor down with the least possible disruption to the business standing on it.

The range runs from carpet tiles and LVT through vinyl, safety flooring, resin, timber and entrance matting, out to sports surfacing, court line marking and wetpour. We are a managed supply-and-fit contractor. You deal with one team from survey to handover, and every installation is delivered through our vetted network of accredited, insured contractors. That model is deliberate, and it is why the work holds up.

Accredited trades, compliance-first specs.
We only put accredited, insured contractors on site. The contractors in our network hold CHAS accreditation, Constructionline Gold, CFA membership and SafeContractor certification, and carry public liability insurance, so the people fitting your floor meet the standards your building, landlord or main contractor will ask about.
The specification is treated the same way. Slip resistance, fire performance and hygiene requirements are designed in before anything is ordered, not checked afterwards, and where a site needs risk assessments and method statements before anyone starts, they are arranged as part of the managed job.
